Debra Atkinson / 'Daily Rants Guy' Graham Allen - The Tami Jackson Show
April 03, 2018 06:58 PM PDT
My first guest tonight on The Tami Jackson Show* is Debra Atkinson.
She’s a member of the National Speakers Association and has spoken to hundreds of audiences of all types and sizes including church groups, women’s groups, bankers, professional fitness associations, sheriffs associations (hold the fire!), insurance groups, Health Care Associations, and Golf Pros.
Personal responsibility for physical activity and nutrition is the common theme in her message, whether that message is for greater productivity at work, decreasing stress levels or improving life satisfaction.
She’s a Barely Boomer and speaks frequently on Active Aging.
Debra is a Certified CoachU Graduate and coaches clients in the areas of wellness, personal relationships, academic choices, career moves, and growing their personal training business; ultimately creating the changes they want to create the life that they want.
Listen in as Debra and I discuss the part hormones play in aging and fitness...this will be an interesting discussion. After all, don't we all want a better quality of life, and a big part of that is staying fit?
In the second 1/2 hour I will be joined by Graham Allen.
In addition to being featured on Fox & Friends discussing NFL protests, Graham has gained a huge social media following as “The Daily Rants Guys” where he discusses pop culture and news of the day. His YouTube channel has hit over 32,000 subscribers and his Twitter has surpassed 10,000 followers.
At the end of the month, Graham is taking his unique brand of conservative commentary to join the ranks of Mark Levin, Dan Bongino, Michelle Malkin, and others at CRTV to further his message that conservatives need a greater voice in our national dialogue.
His new show "Rant Nation," debuting March 27 on CRTV, aims to be the voice for conservatives who can’t make their voices heard because of their jobs, communities, or because they feel like their values are no longer accepted in an increasing politically correct America.
This show will strive to advance conservative values across the generational divide, offering a unique brand to the next generation of conservative leaders while appealing to our nation's conservative heroes who have safeguarded our nation. After 11 years of fighting for American citizens’ freedom to speak their mind, he’s going to use that freedom himself.
Listen in as Graham and I talk politics, America, the Second Amendment and more: it doesn't get any better than a great conversation about what's what with a warrior like Graham!

My first guest tonight on The Tami Jackson Show* is Perry Marshall.
Bill Gates of Microsoft and the founders of Google revolutionized software and the Internet through their status as outsiders.
Similarly, Perry’s book Evolution 2.0: Breaking the Deadlock Between Darwin and Design harnesses a communication engineer’s outsider’s perspective to reveal a century of unrecognized research and discoveries.
What I discovered was the untold science story of the century – the miracle of evolution. I discovered organisms cut, splice and re-arrange their DNA, performing astonishing engineering feats in real time… feats that put even the world’s smartest software coders to shame. I came to this conclusion: Darwinists underestimate nature. Creationists underestimate God.
Nature is astonishingly more sophisticated than either side was telling us. And both sides were omitting the most tantalizing parts of the story. Darwinists were deliberately “dumbing down” the science to make living things look random, purposeless and accidental. Nothing could be further from the truth.
Perry’s books include 80/20 Sales & Marketing, Ultimate Guide to Google AdWords, and Industrial Ethernet. He has a degree in Electrical Engineering. He’s consulted in over 300 industries, from computer hardware and software to biotech and health care.
Listen on as Perry and I (an affirmed creationist!) discuss his take on the evolution v. creation (and intelligent design) debate!
In the second 1/2 hour I will be joined by Ron Davis Sr.
Although having early encounters with the law, racism and student-athlete success, Ronald was able to overcome many obstacles to earn a full-ride to Alabama State University.
Sports was Ron's lifeline. Davis was undrafted in 2011, but endured tenaciously until becoming a pro athlete in the spring of 2013.
He then took the time away prior to his pro career to develop a health and wellness training company, as well as a youth organization dedicated to young athletes in Fairfax, VA.
Battling the professional industry within the NFL, CFL, and Arena level, Ronald was able to make it as a practice squad level player in both the NFL and CFL. His arena career was nothing short of impressive totaling 54 touchdowns in only a total of 26 games and awarded him an Arena Championship in 2016.
Following the season, at age 28, Davis left the sports world to devote his full time attention and efforts to his youth program (Optimum Prep, USA), continued philanthropy, and his 3 young babies.
His latest endeavor -- the #MakeAnImpact Tour -- will bring pro athletes from various sports, civil leaders from our government and armed services, corporate groups and volunteers from various backgrounds, to aid in the development of student-athletes 7-17 yrs of age across the country.
DIG (Davis Integration Group) was founded in Fairfax, VA in 2012. Working with youth, health, and wellness, as well as the sports and entertainment Industry, has allowed the group to touch lives and communities all across the US.
DIG has worked within 17 states and put in over 25,000 + hours of community service, impacting roughly 1,000 kids per year. We live by the mantra, “More Than One Way To Make An Impact!”
Listen in as Ron and I talk about his life in pro sports and his dedication and desire to mentor youth.
Follow Perry Marshall on Twitter at @cfingerprints , Ron Davis Sr. at @Ron_Dough_inc, and me at @tamij AND tweet your questions/comments during the show.

In the second 1/2 hour I will be joined by Amanda Head.
In addition to her business degree, Amanda acquired her minor in Applied Music (voice.)
Upon graduation, she moved to California to pursue music and film. Amanda is a seasoned classical singer and has performed in such venues as the Hollywood Bowl, Ford Amphitheater and in Austin, Texas at SXSW Music Festival.
From 2006 to 2016, Amanda was bound to various music contracts which prevented her from speaking publicly about her political positions.
After a great deal of consideration, in January of 2016, Amanda decided to step away from the entertainment industry and created a video blog called The Hollywood Conservative. With her political persuasion in Los Angeles, she felt she had a niche and a unique perspective for reaching audiences nationally who also are dissatisfied with the direction our leaders are taking our country.
She garnered a great deal of attention in the political media realm at CPAC where she was offered her own radio show on Conservative Commandos Radio in Philadelphia.
Her show, The Hollywood Conservative, began airing on March 30, 2016 on WNJC AM1360 in the Philadelphia market. Not long after her show's debut, another network, Red State Talk Radio WFYL AM1180 picked up The Hollywood Conservative. You can listen to archives or live on iheartradio and tunein. Jerry Jenkins has been steeped in the craft of writing for more than 40 years. With 21 New York Times bestsellers (seven debuting at #1), 186 books, and over 70 million copies sold, he has become one of the most commercially successful writers of our time.
"Left Behind was my 125th book — but not a lot of people realize that."
Jerry wrote that 16-title culture-shifting series for Dr. Tim LaHaye, and the publishing world now refers to it as "the Left Behind phenomenon." Several books in the series hit the New York Times bestseller list, selling over 62 million copies.
Jerry has seen unprecedented success in both fiction and nonfiction. His insatiable pursuit of great stories has led him to achievement as a biographer to icons such as Hank Aaron, Orel Hershiser, Walter Payton, Meadowlark Lemon, Nolan Ryan, Mike Singletary, B.J. Thomas, and many other men and women.
Jenkins assisted Dr. Billy Graham with his memoir, Just As I Am, also a New York Times bestseller. Jerry spent 13 months working with Dr. Graham, and considers the project the privilege of a lifetime.
And that project with Billy Graham makes Jerry the perfect guest for my special tonight: "Remembering Billy Graham."
We'll talk about segments from the book -- many of which are uncannily pertinent to today's current events and political situations.
Listen in as Jerry recounts his time with "America's Pastor" and as we talk about Billy's tremendous impact on America and the world.
Some people leave legacies in sports or politics that are talked about for decades or even centuries.
Dr. Billy Graham left a legacy which will echo throughout eternity!
Just as I am, without one plea,
Just as I am, and waiting not
Just as I am, Thou wilt receive,
Charlotte Elliott, 1835

My first guest on the Tami Jackson Show* tonight will be Jack Carr.
Over his 20 years in Naval Special Warfare he transitioned from:
an enlisted SEAL sniper specializing in communications and intelligence
Check out his FULL (and impressive) bio:
Listen as Jack and I talk about his tremendous first novel which debuts next Tuesday, The Terminal List.
Brad Thor writes of Carr's freshman outing in the author world: "Absolutely awesome! So powerful, so pulse-pounding, so well-written – rarely do you read a debut novel this damn good."
Chuck Norris writes of The Terminal List: "An extremely unique thriller! Absolutely intense!”
As a huge fan of the late Vince Flynn, I'm here to tell you, you will love The Terminal List!
Jack Carr and I will talk about being a Navy SEAL, and how that obviously plays into the story.
As described at Amazon:
A Navy SEAL has nothing left to live for and everything to kill for after he discovers that the American government is behind the deaths of his team in this ripped-from-the-headlines political thriller.
On his last combat deployment, Lieutenant Commander James Reece’s entire team was killed in a catastrophic ambush that also claimed the lives of the aircrew sent in to rescue them.
But when those dearest to him are murdered on the day of his homecoming, Reece discovers that this was not an act of war by a foreign enemy but a conspiracy that runs to the highest levels of government.
If you're a fan of the special ops thriller genre, this will be in your strike zone! Don't miss one minute of the interview with a name you'll hear a lot in the future, Jack Carr.
In the second 1/2 hour my guest will be Mark Weinberg.
He served on the 1980 Reagan campaign traveling staff, all eight years in the Reagan White House, and two years thereafter as Reagan’s spokesman in his post-presidency office in Los Angeles.
Mark is an experienced executive communications consultant who has held senior management positions at Fortune 500 corporations and the federal government. Weinberg currently runs his own communications consultancy, Weinberg Communications.
Weinberg lives in New Jersey with his wife and their two children.
Mark and I will be talking about his terrific book, Movie Nights with the Reagans: A Memoir, which debuts TODAY!
As written on the Amazon book page:
Former special advisor and press secretary to President Ronald Reagan shares an intimate, behind-the-scenes look inside the Reagan presidency—told through the movies they watched together every week at Camp David.
Over the course of eight years, Mark Weinberg travelled to Camp David each weekend with Ronald and Nancy Reagan. He was one of a few select members invited into the Aspen Lodge, where the First Family screened both contemporary and classic movies on Friday and Saturday nights.
Movie Nights with the Reagans is a nostalgic journey through the 1980s and its most iconic films, seen through the eyes of one of Hollywood’s former stars: one who was simultaneously transforming the Republican Party, the American economy, and the course of the Cold War.
Listen as Mark recounts his time spent with one of America's most beloved presidents and his adoring wife. Weinberg paints a warm picture of the Reagan's as only a trusted advisor could.
Not only is this a wonderful memoir, it's also the perfect book as we enter Oscars week!

February 13, 2018 08:00 PM PST
My guest on the Tami Jackson Show* will be Timothy Shea.
He has served as a Town Meeting Member, Town GOP Committee Member, and state convention delegate in Massachusetts.
The former host of Radio RedNationRising, he is a political commentator and essayist.
Timothy and I will be talking about what in the world is going on with "the memo."
How big is this scandal and why are the left telling us "nothing to see here, move along"?
Is Hillary paying for a warrant to dig up dirt on Trump and his campaign a big deal? Watergate big?
We will also discuss this article by friend, Kurt Schlichter, "Who needs Principles? Lynch Mobs Are Cool If They Derail Donald Trump!"
Pardon me if I’m spoiling the lynch party, but I’m old school conservative. I think if you want to punish someone you need to prove your charges in a forum where the accused gets to tell his side of the story. Sorry if that gets in the way of your short-term partisan advantage, but I’m committed to blind justice no matter how uncool and inconvenient you think it is.
Except this has nothing to do with justice. This manufactured outrage over Porter is a perversion of the right of due process into one where “credible accusations” – they are always credible if they help the liberal or Fredocon agendas – are enough to trash third party political opponents who refuse to play along. This whole uproar is designed not to deal with Porter, who none of us heard of before the media needed to change the subject last week, but to try to stop Trump’s momentum.
This will, of course be a fun show as Timothy and I rehash what has been one of the most interesting years in my lifetime.
I will also save a little time at the end for a rant of my own concerning immigration!
Follow Timothy Shea on Twitter at @timbotim62, and me at @tamij AND tweet your questions/comments during the show using hashtag #tjrs.

He is very vocal and takes a strong stand against wasteful spending and demands that politicians must adhere to the same rules as everyone else. Scott is focused on removing government barriers to private-sector job creation, economic growth, cutting government spending, improving healthcare and running government with a business mentality.
A 4th Generation Seminole County resident Scott and his wife, Tracy reside in Sanford with their two daughters.

John was elected to two terms on the Mira Mesa Community Planning Group, serving as Secretary for five years and Chairman for three. John has a proven track record of practical solutions and successful community advocacy at all levels of government.
His unique background gives John an unmatched grasp of how local problems span multiple levels of government. Practical solutions require leadership which is willing to work across both the political aisle as well as across various levels of government.
John is committed to a principle articulated by President Ronald Reagan – it is remarkable how much can be accomplished when you do not care who gets the credit.
Like in the first 1/2 hour, John and I will run down his stance on a laundry list of issues!

My second guest tonight will be Hannah Strege.
As written at the Whittier Daily News:
In many ways, Hannah Strege is the typical teenager on the verge of adulthood.
The 19-year-old is a college freshman who likes to listen to music, go shopping with her mom and out to the movies — preferably romantic comedies — with friends at the spur of the moment.
But her entry into this world was anything but typical.
Twenty years ago, she was the first frozen embryo to be adopted.
Hannah's parents, John and Marlene Strege, had been through a long process of trying to have a child. They discussed treatment options with their physician.
Since the advent of Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART) fertility clinics have been assisting patients to achieve pregnancy through a treatment known as in vitro fertilization (IVF). Often, more embryos are created for the IVF treatment than are eventually used by the patient, thus creating a surplus of cryo-preserved embryos. Marlene asked her clinic if they had available embryos in frozen storage.
Hannah with Dr. James Dobson
Simply being assigned anonymously donated embryos from a fertility clinic was not the procedure John and Marlene wanted to follow.
They worked with Mr. Stoddart to develop the first embryo adoption program in the world, now known as the Snowflakes® Embryo Adoption Program. The Streges and Stoddart decided to name the program Snowflakes because like a delicate snowflake each embryo is frozen, unique and a gift from God. The program was officially established in 1997 as a division of Nightlight® Christian Adoptions.
Hannah was born in December 31, 1998, and this year is a freshman at BIOLA University.
Listen as Hannah and I discuss her amazing story, the current situation with stem cell research and the larger battle for a culture of life in America!
Follow Don Feder Facebook, Hannah Strege on Twitter at @h_strege, and me at @tamij AND tweet your questions/comments during the show !

My first guest tonight on The Tami Jackson Show* is Sam Carpenter.
Sam is a multi-business owner from Bend, Oregon, with a specialty in the hands-on repair of struggling companies. He also an author, philanthropist and especially, a believer in the sovereignty of America, of Oregon, and of the individual.
In Carpenter's words at the Sam Carpenter for Oregon site:
As a resident of Oregon for over 40 years, I’ve watched mind-boggling change in every aspect of my Central Oregon region and throughout the rest of our beautiful state.
Here’s why I’m running for governor: it’s my view that the people of Oregon should not be asked to endure continued progressive far-left leadership…and due to some unique personal attributes and life-experience, I find myself highly qualified, not just to be governor but to actually DO what is necessary to reverse the downward economic and social trajectory of this great state.
I’m a CEO. I fix and build.
Sam Carpenter and I will have a substantive talk about the tough issues facing Oregon and cover his stand on a host of issues. Listen in and learn how Sam would like to turn the state around and Make Oregon Great Again (#MOGA)!
For the first time in a long, long time, I have some real hope for my beloved native state!
In the second 1/2 hour I will be joined by Elizabeth Johnston.
She and her husband Patrick, who is a medical doctor, author, and movie producer, have been pro-life ministry leaders for many years and home educate their 10 beautiful children.
The growing threat to America’s children and the vicious attack on religious liberty is what dynamited Elizabeth out of her comfort zone to inspire a nation of belittled conservatives and Christians to “come out of their closets” and boldly take their country back.
Elizabeth daily triggers the left by confronting the lies of abortion, feminism, Islam, and the homosexual agenda with wit and snark like only she can, and she regularly posts viral commentary videos (find them at the Activist Mommy site) which have netted over 70 million views.
Elizabeth has been featured on many major media outlets, such as Fox & Friends, The New York Times, The Blaze and Christian Broadcasting Network, as she has become a thought leader on topics of importance to families.
The pulse behind all her activism and cultural commentary is her love for her family and her Savior, Jesus Christ.
Elizabeth and I will discuss a number of recent societal events -- the Women's March, the #MeToo movement, feminism, the assault on children, homeschooling, and much much more! You will love her -- she, too, has SPUNK!
